  • Check-out by 10am.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV. Secure an ATV rental while staying in The Lodges at Eagles Nest. Ask for additional details.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Minimum age: Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity fee.
  • The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a summer series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice. In times of heavy snow, it may require both. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one night, or maybe two.
  • Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
  • Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • A clothes washing machine and dryer are available.
  • Dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, and basic dishes and silverware are provided.
  • Hot tub access is available.

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store, Epic Chophouse
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served
    • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
    • HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p
    • Please note all visitors on premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Community and Construction Notes

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods including the Vineyard Reserve. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
